Holaria = Holos + Olaria
Holos in Greek means “whole.”
Olaria, in Portuguese, is the place or activity of making ceramics.
We joined these two concepts to create the Holaria. A brand that uses porcelain as raw material and support for its creations, telling stories through objects.
STORY TELLERS THROUGH OBJECTS
Each of our pieces is much more than a product. It is, essentially, a fusion of meanings and narratives. Objects that create beauty through fantastic and exciting shapes. They evoke memories and unique sensations, establishing differentiated relationships with each consumer.
Today, we see ourselves more as a Design Lab than as an industry. The materials of our inventions are simple: Porcelain and Imagination. Within each Holaria product there is a soul, an idea. And we want this idea to touch people. Generating curiosity and stimulating emotions, thus gaining a prominent place in people’s lives.
WHAT SHAPES US
Making life more enjoyable.
It seems utopia, but that’s what we look for, every day. Our brand was born to create products that make people’s daily lives better and more enjoyable. A mission that is expressed in the nobility of Porcelain and in the combination of functional rationality with the plasticity of shapes.
WHAT WE DO
We awaken memories and inspire tomorrow.
We create objects that lead us to something familiar and to affective memories, while being inspiring, questioning and inventive. We seek to create new languages, to enable new readings and, thus, to generate new memories, in a continuous creative chain.
WHAT MOTIVATES US
Being part of something bigger.
Making a difference starting from the unit. This is what moves us and drives our ideas. Holaria believes that the whole is something organic and wholesome, in which all parts complement each other, forming an indivisible unity. Therefore, we see our products not as isolated elements, but as parts of a broad system that encompasses aesthetic, productive, economic, social and environmental dimensions
THE PAST AS RAW MATERIAL FOR THE PRESENT.
THE PRESENT SHAPING THE FUTURE.
From the past, we have the ceramic tradition and the long heritage of knowledge from those who came before us. From the future, the perspective that our acts and choices will build the reality of the next generations.
Working Porcelain on products that harmonize past and future is our way of continuing this great chain of relationships and events, creating something new and original, from the experience of yesterday, the imagination of today and the challenges of tomorrow
THIS IS WHAT WE BELIEVE IN
1.Awareness as a Conscious Base of Action
We think that knowledge is the basis for conscious actions in this world. For us, the creation of smarter, environmentally conscious and technically effective products is totally linked to knowledge and responsibility about everything that is made.
2.Guidance for Design, Innovation, Experimentation and Constant Improvement
We believe that the task of creation is something that requires a lot of effort, study and work. Without this, the innovation process, fundamental to any business, does not happen and it also doesn’t happen, if there is no experimentation. Only with the practice of experimentation and its constant improvement can we develop a strong culture of innovation.
3.Transparency, Openness and Respect
The basis of human relationships must be the truth. We believe that cultivating positive and lasting relationships with customers, suppliers, partners and vendors is based on mutual trust and respect.
4.Harmony as a Way and Objective for Product Creation
We are dedicated to creating harmonic products at all levels: aesthetic, productive, economic and environmental. For us, the way to creation must be guided by harmony. Harmonize pragmatism and utopia, risk and prudence, beauty and technique, technology and tradition
A PRODUCTION UNDER TRADITION, TALENT AND TECHNOLOGY
The Holaria has the culture of creating something new from the traditional skills of the porcelain industry. We do this by associating the technological advances of Design and Engineering with the technical and productive capacity of the industry.
As part of the Germer Porcelanas Profissionais group, one of the leading brands in the national dishware market, Holaria is strategically located in South Brazil. This allows us to take advantage of the modern equipment and production techniques implemented by Germer in recent years, such as the natural gas-fired furnace – the most modern in Latin America.
